Help Save the Music!

Nearly all of Eliza's recorded music is now owned by Xavier Fenwick, the American former convict turned businessman who purchased the back catalog from Red Flag Media Ltd. in 2005 at auction. Despite several (rather dear) requests from our solicitors, Mr. Fenwick refuses to sell the songs back to their rightful owner -- or at least the performer who made them famous.

Yes, chickees, it's true. Everything from Kinetic Blue, Eliza's solo albums, Betty Has a Headache, even the first two Glitterbum discs are in Mr. Fenwick's vault as it were. So if you fancy a listen, you're out of luck -- unless you can find them in the remainder bin or at a boot sale. But all is not lost, chickees. Up the workers and all that. We are duly organising a legion of Eliza fans to pressure Mr. Fenwick to sell the copyright back to Eliza and Martin. And you can help.
